Communal and Private Gardens for a Property Development

An Edwardian house was renovated, extended and converted into five apartments. The garden was divided in two, a private garden for the largest apartment and a communal garden for the four others. The private garden features a large dining terrace, a wrap around lawn and flower beds. There is a smaller, shadier seating are under a new tree.

The communal garden has a large seating area, lawn and flowerbeds, and several new trees to create privacy. The developers also asked for some additional communal spaces to the planted.
