The full service. I survey the garden, develop 2D and 3D concepts so you can walk through the layout before anything is fixed, then produce construction drawings and a written specification so contractors can price like for like. Planting plans are drawn border by border for your soil and aspect.

In uncertain weather, a simple drip system gets a new garden established quickly and keeps it going through a hosepipe ban, while proper water storage takes the pressure off the mains. Good lighting extends the season: architectural planting picked out after dark, steps made safe, a terrace that works as an outdoor dining room.

Furniture finishes the design, and the wrong furniture undoes it. I help you choose and source pieces that suit your garden and budget: comfortable, well-made, and built to withstand a British winter outdoors.
