Raynes Park front garden

A lacklustre lawn was dug up and replaced with an elegant, gently sloping and curving sandstone path leading to the front door.

Two multi-stem trees - Magnolia Susan and Amelanchier lamarkii - are underplanted with tulips, tiarella and bleeding heart to create a rich tapestry of pink, white and purple in spring. These are followed by grasses, penstemons, salvias and potentilla in the summer. The garden is bordered by a classic white picket fence. The result is a vibrant, layered front garden that is garnering much attention from neighbours and passers-by.

At last the clients are proud of their front garden and how much it has contributed to the street-scape in their neighbourhood.
